I think the last time we saw Jasmine was when she was recreating some real casts that she’s had. Now she’s back in a straight white LLC and heading out to the mall with a friend. She crutches all around the mall, stopping in shops and has some interactions with people. Even Santa had some comments about her cast, although I’m not sure you can hear him. After lots of crutching around, she takes a break to prop her cast up and wiggle her toes. Next she props her cast up on a chair and has a drink at a coffee shop. Cut to “five weeks later” and her cast is now covered in signatures and showing some serious wear. She heads out for more shopping with her friend at two more stores!

Janeen’s Public Blue SLC

This shoot was almost live… posted just a few hours after it happened. We were going to do a scripted shoot, but we spontaneously decided to go out in public in an SLC instead. Janeen is not yet great at crutching and gets tuckered out quickly. She lasts about five minutes when an employee suggests a scooter. She’s relieved to have a break from crutching. She pulls off her sock, props up her leg and wiggles her toes. Janeen shops for Thanksgiving ingredients, occaisionally hopping up to grab some items. Victoria’s Friendsgiving Public Blue LLC

Victoria’s in an angled blue LLC and Friendsgiving is tonight! She hops around the kitchen, but she doesn’t have anything to cook. So she heads off to the grocery store with Angel. She crutches around the store with her cast completely covered by pants and sock before stopping to grab a coffee. She pulls off the sock and pulls up her pants leg and then crutches around some more to finish her shopping. Angel even gives her a ride on the shopping cart for part of it. Afterwards, Victoria puts her groceries away at home.

In this first half of an epic video, Angel has just arrived home in a fresh shoulder spica and neck brace after wrecking on her skateboard. She’s in pain and can’t seem to get comfortable. Next, she is up and trying to get a snack in the kitchen, using her good hand. We watch as she tries and struggles to do basic things including get comfortable in bed and brush her hair. Cut to a month and a half later and Angel is out in public with you shopping in her extremely aged SS. After wandering around for a bit, we find a place to eat and she interacts with a couple people at the restaurant.

Hailey was interested in going out in public with two LACs, so we did a lot of stuff. First we went to the library to see how well she could look at books. Then we went to the arcade where she had a hard time with a racing game and kept dropping quarters on the floor. She tries to put on some shoes at a department store and fails. Later, at one of America’s dying malls, grabbing a sub was really the only thing to do and you can imagine how that went. Finally, we grab some groceries and she does self check out.

The clip ends with a nice closeup toe wiggling shot. For some reason the audio gets out of sync in the last scene, sorry about that.

This clip starts with Victoria emerging from a hospital in an LLWC and crutching over to a bus stop to sit down. When her ride never comes, you offer her a ride. She accepts and props her cast up on the dash as she gets in. On the way home, she tells about breaking her leg and what it’s going to be like in her cast. She invites you in for some coffee and she talks about it some more. She suggests you to come back and take her for a hike when she’s better at walking on it. Later, you and Victoria go on a hike in the woods. She’s a bit too rough on her casted leg and has to cut it short. Back at her place, she asks you to rub her toes.

In these three clips, Bella keeps her arms busy in her DLATS. The first thing I wanted to do was take her to get some ice cream, so we went to the best ice cream parlor around and she got a huge cone and tried to eat it. Then, she had the idea to clean up a dirty office at the studio in her LATSs. Then she was laying around doing some funny arm movements, so I grabbed my camera and started filming her and she started popping bubble wrap in them.
