 Emily’s had her blue shoulder spica for several weeks now. She makes a hopeful video for her social media followers about how it’s getting better and she’s now going out in public and getting lots of signatures. She’s got a new guy in her life named Tony who is fun and now helps her with filming for her socials. Emily wants to show her fans what life is like and the kinds of things she gets out and does in her shoulder spica. She starts by showing her fans the local mall, the stores she likes and fun things to do there. She’s super excited that she’s getting her cast reduced to an LAC in a few days. She stops by the grocery store to grab some cake mix, which she uses to make slime, explaining the kinds of videos she makes and how that led to her shoulder spica. Emily pumps some gas and talks about how much she misses driving. She takes a walk at the park and plays on some playground equipment. They stop to get something to eat and she strikes up a conversation with customer about her cast and what it’s been like. She’s a little disappointed by how easy her quesadilla is to eat with one hand, but she does knock over her drink which is more challenging. A few days later, Emily’s had her SS reduced to a black LAC. She mixing up a new batch of slime for a video and recapping her time in a shoulder spica and comparing it to her new LAC. For her new slime video, she goes out in the back yard hoping it will be less messy and slippery. She does her whole routine and ends up falling again and landing on her shoulder and thinks she’s undone all her progress. |
